Minoo Masani (born 29 November 1905 in Mumbai) was a politician and leader of Swatantra Party in India. He was a member of the second, third and fourth Lok Sabha. Masani was a Parsi from Rajkot. He was well regarded for his parliamentary skills.
Masani was the author of The Communist Party of India: A Short History (1954).
